Clients Record Keeping Aids - Templates
The
intention behind the following aids is to assist you towards accurate recording with
the minimum of effort, cost and time required.
Greenhow Cash-Bk Templates
There is a cliché': "Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity
and cash flow is reality." All below are useful Management
"tools," they constantly monitor your bank balance and can be used to
help forecast Cash Flow forward.
The format used is that
of a traditional style of a Cash Analysis Book. This is favored, because it has
proved itself over very many years as a best means of collation of the necessary
data for production of accounts. Application of computers to the format
automates the process and enables additional derived useful data.
The templates would be
recognized by any accountant, bank manager, or Inspector of Taxes(!).
Totaling, checking for
arithmetic errors and monitoring of the bank balance are dealt with
automatically. It provides an easy
means of checking bank statements through its Bank Reconciliation method. A VAT report is
produced.
The manuals provided
contain numerous
record keeping tips.
General Business: Cash-Bk1
This Standard version (disk, with template in 3 different Spread Sheet
formats and manual) costs £ 50.00 plus VAT.
In addition to the standard VAT method, it provides
for the fixed rate scheme.
The
method can be customised for individual requirements.
There
are other versions available for IR35, Rents, Personal and Tax, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
For all of the above, the system requirements are: Computer running
on Windows 95 or later, Spread Sheet program (capable of taking, or converting
files from MS Excel 2000) and a
Printer.
