From time to time a "To Let" sign may be seen.  This could relate to one or more of several adjoining properties of which currently:

The small office or shop at our rear is empty, and can be spected by a prospective tenant now. It is fully self-sufficient and is decoratively at very high standard.  Used presently as a shop, if curtains/blinds were put up in the shop window, it could be ideal as an office.  Rent about £ 650 p.c.m.

A 6 bedroom house next door in Kings Road is brought back up to high standard and is available to let.  The ground floor rooms can could be  used as office / reception area.  (The property has been used by a firm of solicitors in the past, but no warranty is given regarding business use).
