The firm was established in 1972 and until 1986
continued with its two partners providing service
to small and medium sized businesses.

In 1986 Mr Charles Rollin became proprietor. The
range of services offered was expanded so as to
include Financial Services and Investments
generally and also that of Company Formation.

In order to provide for increased business, the
office was moved to its present location in 1998.

Clients served range from private individuals, in matters of taxation to quite large
business organizations.  Sole Traders, Partnerships and family businesses are the main-stay.
Limited companies are fully catered for.

Clients include: artists, architects, builders, consultants of all types (including some
whom are advised regarding IR35), entertainers, exporters, internet based
enterprisers, manufacturers, lecturers, publicans, recruitment consultants,
retailers, stockists, transporters, wholesalers, estate agents, etc.

Business Start Ups are routinely dealt with. Great attention is given to Cash Flow.

In 2006, because of ever-increasing regulatory bureaucracy, financial services were abandoned and

Auditors may be applied for.
Mr. Charles Rollin.
Mr. Rollin worked as an Articled Clerk in the City of London.  After qualifying as a Chartered
Accountant, he worked in the commercial and industrial fields of Electrical Cable
manufacture, Construction and Merchanting before returning to the Profession in 1981.
Then he set up his own practice in Sandhurst, Surrey and Fleet, Hampshire.
Between 1979 to 1986 Mr. Rollin was also a principal in a Plant Hire business.

In 1986 Mr. Rollin's practice was absorbed into that of Greenhow & Co.

Mr. Rollin comments: "I do know what it is like both to be involved in a large commercial
environment and in running a small trading business. Having had experience in both, I can
at least hope to understand clients' problems. My experience has served me well and
probably leads me to pay more attention than most accountants to Cash Flow."
The Greenhow Logo  This is designed to represent £ Sterling (about which we are!)
accompanied by an auditor's "tick" to indicate correctness. Both are encompassed by a
computer screen to suggest use of that technology.
